Quetta Gladiators have roped in Mohammad Irfan in place of Mohammad Hasnain for the remainder of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2022).
Hasnain, whose bowling action was found illegal, has been suspended from bowling in international and domestic matches. He will get back to the track once his bowling action is improved. Although the lad bowled during the first few games for the Purple Force, but he was ruled out on arrival of test's result of his bowling action.
Irfan last played for Peshawar Zalmi during PSL 2021. He was named in the reserved players' pool and has been picked by Sarfaraz Ahmed's team. The technical committee has approved QG's picking.
As far as QG's performance is considered, they are placed fourth on the PSL 2022 points table with three out of seven victories.
