The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the squads for Pakistan vs Australia ODIs and the one-off T20I match. During the ongoing Australia tour of Pakistan, the two teams have already battled two of the three Tests and will undergo the three-match ODI series, followed by the only T20I.
The PCB has named 20 players in the ODI squad, whereas, only 17 have been placed in the shortest format's game. Mohammad Nawaz, who was expelled from the Test squad due to his injury, have been named in the limited-over series squads. However, if or not he will make it to the playing XI depends on his fitness test.
Also, two uncapped players, Asif Afridi and Mohammad Haris have been named in the squads. Haris could have earlier made his international debut versus New Zealand in 2021 but the Kiwis cancelled their tour moments before the first game.
