Pakistan's legendary ex-cricketer, Shahid Afridi has launched the Mega Stars League (MSL) to support former cricketers, artists, and journalists. The grand launching ceremony was attended by Inzamam ul Haq, Abdul Razzaq, Mushtaq Ahmed, Waqar Younis, and others.
Afridi said the purpose of the MSL is to render Shahid Afridi Foundation's support to star cricketers. He feels it can be a great opportunity to get back to the ground with former cricketers. Penning out on Twitter, he stated that the tournament will be more than cricket.
"I, Mushtaq Bhai, Wiki Bhai and Inzi Bhai, we are old now. MSL is a good opportunity for us to return to the ground,"
"Proud to endorse the biggest and first of its kind league across the globe. Mega Star League is here to not only provide cricketainment to the people of Pakistan but also help and support our ex cricketers, sports journalist and artist’s community," he wrote.
