The Pakistan Cricket Board has recently released details about three upcoming exhibition matches for the Women's League. These matches will be played at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on 8, 10, and 11 March. The two teams that will participate in the exhibition matches are the Amazons and Super Women. The women's matches are scheduled to start at 1400 PKT and will be played prior to the men's fixtures in the HBL PSL 8 matches. On 8 and 10 March, Peshawar Zalmi will face off against Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans, respectively, while Quetta Gladiators will play against Multan Sultans on 11 March.
The PCB has also confirmed that tickets for the three men's HBL PSL matches will be valid for the women's fixture, and the stands on these match days will open three hours before the first ball is bowled. In addition to the exhibition matches, the PCB will also use the T20 match on Wednesday to celebrate Women's Day. The second exhibition match on Friday will be played to raise awareness about breast cancer in collaboration with Pink Ribbon Pakistan. The third and final exhibition match on Saturday will highlight women's empowerment through education in partnership with Circle Women.
The PCB has also announced the match officials for the three matches. Mohammad Anees will be the referee for all three matches, while Shozab Raza and Saleema Imtiaz will perform the on-field umpire duties for the first T20 match on 8 March. Tariq Rasheed will be the third umpire, and Humaira Farah will serve as the fourth umpire. For the second T20 match, Shozab Raza and Humaira Farah will perform on-field duties, with Tariq Rasheed and Saleema Imtiaz serving as the third and fourth umpires. In the third and final T20 match, Tariq Rasheed and Saleema Imtiaz will be the on-field umpires, and Shozab Raza and Humaira Farah will serve as the third and fourth umpires.
